Tenant placement fees range from 50–100% of one month's rent (one-time). Full-service monthly management is typically 8–10% of monthly rent. All fees are clearly outlined in your Management Agreement before you sign.

All applications reviewed on a first-completed, first-served basis. We verify income, employment, rental history, credit, background, and eviction history. We follow all Fair Housing Guidelines.

You choose your notification threshold for repairs. We have a vendor network with negotiated discounts, but you can use your own preferred contractor at no extra cost.

You receive your rental payment via direct deposit within 5 business days of us receiving full rent. You have 24/7 online access to your financials through your owner portal.

Yes. We work with a retained attorney at discounted rates, and initial eviction costs are typically covered by the tenant's deposit.

Allowing pets is entirely your decision. You have full discretion over breed, weight, and quantity. We typically charge a $350 pet deposit and $50/month pet fee. Approved support animals must be accepted by law.
